2020 taught us a lot for sure. In terms of Health & Fitness here are the lessons that I learned last year that I'll be taking with me into 2021. Consistency is key when it comes to fitness in terms of workouts and training. Being consistent with healthy eating is also important for progress and improvement.

In this video I share three main lessons I learned when it comes to health and fitness.

Fitness is definitely a journey. Paired with healthy eating and good sleep, we can attain our fitness goals with greater ease and efficacy.
