I love warm dinners, especially on cold wintry nights! As an entrepreneur running multiple businesses we never have enough time but this quick and easy recipe is not only super simple it's also really healthy. You can even add veggies to this mung bean pasta, which I normally do but today we needed a speedy meal prep!!

I hope you enjoy this recipe. It's really quick and perfect for when you want something easy and healthy. Plus, this is gluten-free but you could easily swap it out for pasta of your choice. 

I also add a pound of frozen veggies that I first microwave but in this video, I did not do that. You can add these veggies in the same time you add your tomato sauce.
