Holiday Food Guilt and Overcoming Food Anxiety

In Vlogmas #16 I'm sharing my thoughts on holiday food guilt and giving some tips on how we can overcome food anxiety, especially around the holidays when we might be eating more calorically-dense and rich foods. Food shame and food guilt are not healthy ways of thinking about our relationship to food and our bodies.

No need to feel guilty about what you eat but there are some health hacks you can do to make sure you feel good about your food choices.

We all deserve to enjoy our favorite foods this time of year, guilt-free!

Also, we talk about reframing food guilt so that we can foster a more positive relationship with food and to our bodies.
