Ingredients
- Red lentil spaghetti
- Garlic
- Mushrooms / Stir fry blend / broccoli
- Lamb / ground beef (grass fed and finished)
- Spinach / Kale
- Tomato sauce
- Turmeric
- Black Pepper
- Cumin
- Oregano
- Salt
- Red pepper flakes
- Parmesan cheese
Prep
- Heat garlic
- Add mushrooms
- Stir in lamb
- Stir in spices
- Boil pasta
- Drain pasta
- Add tomato sauce
- Add meat sauce
- Stir in spinach
- Salt to taste
The other awesome thing about this recipe is that it holds well in the fridge and freezer, so make some extra and save the rest as left-overs. We do this all the time, basically anything we cook, and have it over the course of the week or add it to our rotation.
