Ingredients

  • Red lentil spaghetti
  • Garlic
  • Mushrooms / Stir fry blend / broccoli
  • Lamb / ground beef (grass fed and finished)
  • Spinach / Kale
  • Tomato sauce
  • Turmeric
  • Black Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Parmesan cheese

Prep

  1. Heat garlic
  2. Add mushrooms
  3. Stir in lamb
  4. Stir in spices
  5. Boil pasta
  6. Drain pasta
  7. Add tomato sauce
  8. Add meat sauce
  9. Stir in spinach
  10. Salt to taste

The other awesome thing about this recipe is that it holds well in the fridge and freezer, so make some extra and save the rest as left-overs. We do this all the time, basically anything we cook, and have it over the course of the week or add it to our rotation.
