In this vlogmas #5 I share what got me started on baking. I love baking gluten-free recipes with almond flour and tapioca flour because they're healthy and delicious. Come and cook with me! We're making pumpkin bread, banana bread, and honey date cake! Yum :)

In this vlogmas I share how I discovered my love for gluten-free baking.

I'll give you a hint, it started during my 3-day water fast, believe it or not!

Gluten-free baking is something I've found to be really therapeutic and satisfying and I'm finding new ways of improving and finetuning my recipes. 

I love trying out new recipes as well as modifying well-loved old recipes :)

We're never too old to learn a skill. We just need the intrinsic motivation and we are capable of expanding our horizons and leaving our comfort zones!
