Sometimes we need motivation to workout. I love my training sessions, but even for me, there are days when I don’t want to workout. When I need workout motivation, I think of the tips that I share with you in this vlogmas #20 to keep me motivated and consistent with my workouts. Consistency is key for training!

Consistency is key for training, so stick to your workouts and you will see progress over time. Trust in the process! Hope this inspires you to keep your health and fitness goals on track. We could also use the encouragement!
